Up confirmation of your booking, an invoice will be generated detailing the costs of your holiday package, hotel-only booking, transfers, activities, or any other services booked through Tripavi. By making payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions, privacy policy, and cancellation/refund policy for services provided by Tripavi (Pvt) Ltd.

Failure to make payment by the due date will be considered a cancellation of your booking, and we reserve the right to proceed with the cancellation while keeping you informed.

Payments for your holiday invoice or any other services related to travel in Sri Lanka or the Maldives can be made through the following methods:

1. Online Credit/Debit Card Payment – Available only in US Dollars.

2. Bank Transfer – Accepted in US Dollars, Euros, British Pounds, Australian Dollars, and Sri Lankan Rupees.
